The Northwestern Dade School Of Real Estate was founded and approved by the FREC (Florida R.E. Commission) in the year 1982. This school was created by the education committee under the leadership of Mr. Joe Bazan.

For the past 23 years, the school has prepared many students which are practicing Real Estate today. The Northwestern Dade school is one more benefit that our Association has to offer to the Real Estate Profession.
